Braun Seafood Company was founded in 1928 and is one of the area’s oldest traditions. We invite you to visit our facilities in Cutchogue, NY. An inspection of our offices, processing plant, and fish market would be an experience and an education.
After years of experience, we buy all of our fish from recognized purveyors in the industry, so we know and trust the fish that we buy.
We have a modern refrigerated fleet of 25 trucks and vans, enabling us to make pick-ups and deliveries 24 hours a day. We also have 45,000 cu. ft. of freezer capacity, 20,000 cu. ft. of coolers, and a 15,000 pound lobster holding system.
